Staff Assessment

We assess all our staff professional and support on a quarterly and annual basis. We have developed for each of our categories of employees an assessment based on key performance indicators which were agreed upon when the employee took service.

These assessments are specifically designed to check for the fulfilment by the employee of their required objectives and are also geared to identify areas of improvement were required.

Affordable Fees 

Our fees are based on an hourly rate unless the parties agree on a fixed fee upfront. A comprehensive fee schedule is available on request.
